What You’ll Do: As our Real Estate Manager, you’ll lead property sourcing and acquisition efforts guided by consumer trends, location analytics, and digital performance insights. This role integrates marketing knowledge with real estate execution — ideal for candidates who understand both buyer psychology and investment coordination.

Your responsibilities include:

• Evaluate property locations using consumer data, consumer demand trends, and positioning potential
• Collaborate with content and brand teams to support property marketing assets and listings
• Coordinate the end-to-end acquisition and resale process, including inspections and documentation
• Support pricing strategies and promotion timelines based on market movement
• Maintain reports on property performance and local competition
• Assist in aligning property investment with broader brand and channel objectives
